Here at Lye Cross Farm, the Alvis family has been connecting customers all over North Somerset with exceptional British and international cheeses, combining our farming heritage with expert sourcing, packing and distribution services.
We offer a wide range of conventional and organic cheese and dairy products, packing formats from 20g mini portions, through to bulk 20kg blocks using flow-wrap and vacuum-packing methods throughout.
Over the years, our Lye Cross Farm brand has expanded its offering from conventional and organic British classics, to seasonal and territorial favourites. Our portfolio continues to receive recognition for its quality, an example being our Vintage Cheddar picking up “Best British & Irish Cheddar” at the Global Cheese Awards 2025.

We are proud to support local independent producers and we offer locally produced juices and soft drinks from Hullabaloos and Bradleys, our coffee is from Cawardines and we also use Lye Cross farm for some of our cheeses. We also source from just across the border into Somerset and use Cheddar mineral water. Our menu is small but of the highest quality.

Majic is a UK high-protein dessert brand built to prove that protein products don’t have to taste like compromise.

Fat Head Brewery is an independent brewery based in Weston-super-Mare, proudly brewing small-batch beers in North Somerset.
We create a wide range of modern and traditional styles, from hop-forward pale ales and rich stouts to lagers, sours, and seasonal specials, all brewed on-site using high-quality ingredients and a passion for creativity.
Alongside our brewery, our tap rooms offer a welcoming community space where visitors can enjoy fresh beer direct from the source, alongside local cider, wine & spirits.
