Uncle Paul’s Chilli Charity is a unique environment where young people and adults can transform their lives through education, personal and social development.

Uncle Paul’s Chilli farm sits in forty acres of fields and woodlands, commanding splendid views across the valley to the Mendip Hills and over Blagdon Reservoir. This setting provides a supportive culture where individuals who may experience social disadvantage develop self belief and confidence and feel part of a community. Individuals can enjoy an alternative environment in which to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.

We have a selection of unique award winning sauces, jams and preserves all made with our very own Chillies and produce from the farm. We make our products in small batches, by hand with our dedicated team. We are passionate about reducing the food miles for our produce and we work with nature on theseasonal calendar making the very most of the harvests when we can.
